我想有才能的人一直都存在,只是在新媒體/個人媒體興起之前,媒合成本太過高昂,資源會被少數人把持惡性循環之下媒合成本更高,現在新媒體的興起彌合了界線,all players in this ecosystem, audiences, artists, agencies should all be benefited. But the competition is tougher though. Since all competitors, either professional or amateur are available worldwide.
